2.护照首页（中国公民需提供身份证正反面）（Front page of passport ）

3.1寸免冠照片（1’’ Photograph）

4. 最高学历证书（Highest academic degree）

5.英语方面相关证书   （English-related certificates）

6.英文简历一份（An English resume）（非必要，无法提供英语类证书则需要英文简历）

7. 缴纳学费 （Payment of tuition fees）

关于学习、缴费等规定

The rules and regulations on study and fees, etc

★学员自报名之日起，应尽快填写信息表、提交各类资料、缴纳学费、以便尽快完成总部注册等事宜。

Students should fill in the information form, submit various materials, pay tuition fees, etc. Please complete the above as soon as possible from the date of enrollment.

★报名线下需缴纳交定金1000元，定金不退，报名6个月内有效。上课当天补齐剩余费用。

Enrollment require a non-refundable deposit of RMB1,000 .

Enrollment is valid for one Year. Payment of the balance on the day of class.

★学员缴费注册后会产生总部各环节费用，故学费一经缴纳不予退费。特殊原因，经协商后课程可做改期处理。

No refunds will be made once the tuition fee has been paid since the fees will be incurred by the Head office.If there is an exceptional reason, this can be rescheduled after discussion.

★由于自然灾害等不可抗力因素导致的课程取消、延迟等，不做退费处理，教、学双方可协商解决方案。

No refunds will be made for canellations, delays,etc. due to irresistible factors such as natural disasters.Both parties can discuss a solution.
